How it works
Where these numbers come from
Niryat Hub is a scoring engine with a demonstration data set behind it. This page states which figures are seeded, which are computed, and what the interface will and will not let a language model do.
The seven components
Each is normalised 0–100 against a fixed band, then combined with the weight shown. The weights sum to exactly 1.
Rules the engine keeps
A missing figure is never a zero
A market with an unknown input scores null and is reported as insufficient data. It ranks last and keeps its rank number — it is never quietly averaged into the middle.
Anchors are fixed, not relative
Every component is normalised against a fixed band rather than against the other markets in the table. Adding an eleventh market cannot change the first ten.
Ties break the same way every time
Equal totals resolve on market id, so the same seed always produces the same board — the demo on stage is the demo you rehearsed.
Price is judged per product
$24 a kilo is premium for cardamom and unremarkable for carpets, so the price band lives on the product, not on the market.

Every figure carries one, beside the number rather than in a legend at the bottom of the page.

What the model is allowed to do
The reading under every market is composed deterministically first, then offered to the model. Whatever comes back replaces prose — never a figure. No key, a refusal, a timeout or no network all land on the same deterministic text, labelled DETERMINISTIC on screen.
It may
- Explain what the computed figures mean together.
- Say which component carried the score and which dragged it.
- Rewrite that reading in plainer language.
It may not
- Originate, adjust or round any number on the screen.
- Name a duty, a scheme or a rate the engine did not supply.
- Decide a ranking, a buyer match or a route.
Sources behind the seed
Trade figures are seeded values structured to mirror what these publish. They are not live extracts — confirm any duty against the destination’s own tariff before pricing a shipment.
